Over the next few weeks I’m going to be looking at time - how we use our time, how we want to be using our time, and how to get some of our time back. What’s our relationship with time?
Tell me if you’ve felt this way recently:
Spread thin from work or home commits
Scrolling insta when you have a spare 5 minutes but still feeling like trash afterwards
Making plans only to feel compelled to break them because it’s the only night you have to decompress
Asking for help but not sure what to ask for help with
Feeling envious of other people’s lazy Sundays or lunch break activities
Just 5 more minutes….
I’ve totally been there - and shocker, I’m still there sometimes. Because reasons... But there’s hope. We can take a few steps to reclaim our time and stop feeling lost, lonely, and overwhelmed.
Just as we spent last month looking at values, this month I’ll be breaking down ways we can keep valuing ourselves by valuing our time and using it to support our big moves, as opposed to feeling like it’s a resource that’s running out.
In preparation, I’d love to know what your biggest struggle is with time - do you feel like you don’t have enough, do you feel like you blink and you’ve lost an afternoon on your couch? What’s your relationship with time like right now?
I look forward to exploring this topic together over the next few weeks!
