Things are a little less than ideal at the moment. As I’m drafting this post I sit in the epicenter of the pandemic in Queens, NYC. Everyday is a challenge in some way or another, whether it’s personal, local, or global. I feel that. The weight of the world has been heavy on my shoulders, as I’m sure it has been for many of you.
I’ve seen a lot of messages essentially drilling down the “right way” to be using this quarantine time and the truth is there are lots of “right ways” because this is a deeply personal yet totally global issue. Everyone has a hot take on whether we should be doing all the things or if we should be just resting. That’s why I put together this worksheet so that you are in control of your time and you get to decide what’s best for you. Want to use this time to learn a new language, great! Would you rather use this time to grieve or just be present, that’s great too! No one can tell you the “right way” to be living during a pandemic, just you (following public health guidelines, of course). I’m really excited to share this with you and hear what comes up and what action you decide to take, however big or small. It’s all up to you.
Sending virtual hugs.
